Geoplas offer a range of hollow soffit board accessories. Geoplas offer a UPVC circular ventilator disk to provide ventilation along the run of hollow soffit board or underneath of holiday homes where solid style skirting is used. They are lightweight yet durable and maintenance free. We also offer a hollow soffit board vent trim to provide ventilation along the run of hollow soffit board. In addition to this we also manufacture a UPVC hollow soffit board vented starter trim which is a vented version of the starter trim for the hollow soffit board. They are U.V. resistant, maintenance free and will not rot.

Geoplas also manufacture a range of soffit trims. Geoplas starter trim and joint trim are available in colours to compliment Geoplas soffit profiles. We also offer internal and external corner trims in white and flat roof starter trims in white, black and brown. All of our soffit trims are manufactured from UPVC, are U.V. resistant and do not require maintenance.

By helping to prevent distortion and cracking their overlapping winged design, our composite deck board fixing clip extends the life and appearance of a deck by allowing boards to expand and contract. The clip is quick to fit and provides a strong and robust hidden fixing system. Our plastic composite edging trims are manufactured using a 60% timber and 40% polymer mix and are pre-sanded to give an instant natural look.

Our C channel edging trim completes the look of our 100% polymer deck board and is manufactured from the same advanced outdoor grade polymers. Our premium polymer starter strip profile provides a robust leading edge to decks and steps fitted with our premium deck board.

Geoplas offer our products in a range of popular colours and finishes including UPVC window matching renolit foils. Our popular finishes and colours include white, brown, golden oak renolit foil, rosewood renolit foil and mahogany. In addition to the standard options we can also offer the production of bespoke colours, finishes and foils subject to a minimum manufacturing quantities.

Geoplas offer UPVC plastic render beads in five different styles – angle, bellcast, expansion, stop and thin coat angle.  Geoplas plastic render bellcast bead is designed to provide a neat and protective straight edge and are usually positioned just above the damp proof course. They are available in 10mm, 16mm and 19mm. Geoplas plastic render expansion bead is designed to prevent cracking to the render caused by thermal expansion and compression. They are available in 6mm, 10mm and 15mm. Geoplas plastic render stop bead is designed to provide a neat and straight vertical stop to the render and is usually used around window and door frames. They are available in 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm and 19mm.

Geoplas offer 2 premium deck board options – Premium excel deck board and Premium eco deck board. Our premium 100% polymer composite deck board has an advanced engineering grade thermoplastic cap layer which gives exceptional weatherability. The premium excel deck board combines multi-colour processing technology with a dual grain pattern to give excellent slip resistance. They are manufactured so no two boards are ever the same which results in a natural timber like appearance without requiring maintenance. We also offer premium eco deck boards which are manufactured with a partially recycled base material and combine traditional colours with a dual grain pattern. Our premium deck boards are U.V., slip and fire resistant, do not require any preservative treatments and will not rot. They have a strong tongue and groove design and matching edge trims are available.  The boards are available in driftwood, antique oak, tawny, woodland green and stone.

Geoplas manufacture UPVC solid angles which have a variety of applications such as corner protection, beading and trimming. In addition to this, they can also be used as a trimming component in caravan and holiday home applications. They are maintenance free, U.V. resistant and will not rot.  The solid angles are available in a variety of colours and finishes including white, black, cream, golden oak, rosewood and back ash to match popular window and cladding products.

Geoplas offer UPVC flexible angles which are manufactured in a flat form with a central bridge to allow bending in either direction.  The flexible angles can be used to finish various angled corner details and are available in a variety of colours and finishes including white, golden oak, rosewood and back ash to match popular window and cladding products. They are maintenance free, U.V. resistant and will not rot.

Geoplas supply a range of decking accessories including toughened balustrade glass panels available in clear, bronzed and grey tint to offer shelter from the wind. Veranda UPVC gates and post globe lights are also available. Geoplas post globe lights are high quality outdoor grade and ideal for low energy bulbs.

In addition to offering a vast range of standard UPVC building products Geoplas works with customers to co-design and manufacture bespoke plastic extrusions. Working in unison with our customers we produce both rigid and flexible profiles for a variety of general building and specialist applications including cavity closure profiles, foiled and wrapped plastic extrusions and motorhome, caravan and holiday home extrusions. Our services include surface patterning, hot stamp foiling to give wood and metallic effect finishes, punching, flexible and rigid profile welding, profile wrapping to give wood grain effect finishes and CNC style machining/routing.

Geoplas offer both specific and general application tapes with many standard tapes available. Geoplas specialist application tapes include aluminium tape, double sided security tape, polycarbonate sheet planking tape, double sided DS trim tape, general application blanking tape and georgian bar tape. We offer a variety of high quality pressure sensitive adhesive tapes which are suitable for of vast range of industrial and commercial applications. Our aluminium foil tape is designed for use in applications which require electrical or thermal conductivity and is 25mm to 72mm thick. Geoplas security double sided tape is developed for use within the double glazed window market. It is available in 1mm-6mm thickness and 10mm or 12mm widths.
