Due to market demand for ever higher performance and greener outdoor products, we have taken the decision to discontinue the supply of wood plastic composite ‘WPC’ deckboards. Our premium range of 100% polymer boards ‘Premium Eco / Premium Excel’ have always out preformed the WPC product with the added bonus of being 100% recyclable at end of life. The attached image shows 4 of the 7 colours our 100% polymer product is available in.
Our hollow angle offers a robust solution deriving from its strong cellular construction and design. Additionally the hollow chambers provide an insulating layer helping to protect the material you are cladding whilst also providing a first line of defence from the cold.
We manufacture our Premium deckboard range at our production facility in the West Midlands. Its market leading performance and great aesthetics are partially derived from its composite structure. The boards are manufactured from UPVC which are coated by a much higher performance polymer cap layer. These polymer elements are bonded at melting point producing a super strong polymer composite. The result, we can offer a product that provides many years of untroubled enjoyment in a range of earth tone colours includes two grey finishes ‘Painswick Grey’ and ‘Driftwood Grey’.
