Simon has been an employee of the family firm since 1994 starting in general management obtaining considerable experience of all areas of the business. In 2006 he became Sales Director of 3 trading divisions within the PAL Group including Geoplas. Interests include snowboarding, golf, gym & socialising.

Steve Pearson
Steve has just entered his 21st year with the PAL Group and during this time has amassed a wealth of experience of the building and glazing industry. He enjoys covering the whole of the UK and southern Ireland selling our range of building and glazing products. His interests outside of work include playing and watching football, swimming and walking. His joke telling and karaoke expertise are second to none.

Kevin Hunt
Kevin joined the Group in 2002 as Sales Manager of the Geoplas building products division and has since added to his responsibilities a similar role for Fensys. Kevin’s main interests include spending time with his family, DIY and gardening.

Derrie Cox
Derrie has been with the group for just over 17 years and is a popular member of the team. A recent mum for the first time she has now taken a part time role to spend more time with her son. Family and work aside, Derrie’s main interests include listening to music along with supporting herbeloved West Bromwich Albion football team.

The baby of the team joined us just over 5 years ago from a well known distributor of roofline products, she enjoys music, socialising and likes to keep herself fit with regular visits to the gym and swimming baths.

The newest member of our team, Ann Marie brings everyone to life each morning with smiles and a degree of happiness that nobody else can match first thing on a Monday morning. Ann Marie brings 8 years worth of previous customer service experience with her and complements the team dealing with customer liaison and order processing.
