Wolverhampton home gets 'makeover'

A 1930s Wolverhampton semi has been given a ‘roofline makeover’ with the use of 150mm cap over fascia board, an exciting product from Geoplas Profiles. Guttering was also replaced in the installation and the white fascia made installation simpler through its unique internally ribbed design combining lightness with strength. Tile overhang is not significantly reduced due to the slimness of the board.

The patent applied for Geoplas range of roofline products comprises low-maintenance plastic building products designed specifically with quality, longevity and ease of installation in mind. This tried and tested product combines all the advantages of rigid PVC-U strength and lightness. Its structure enables normal face-fix methods to be used and is guaranteed for ten years.
