Due to market demand for ever higher performance and greener outdoor products, we have taken the decision to discontinue the supply of wood plastic composite ‘WPC’ deckboards. Our premium range of 100% polymer boards ‘Premium Eco / Premium Excel’ have always out preformed the WPC product with the added bonus of being 100% recyclable at end of life. The attached image shows 4 of the 7 colours our 100% polymer product is available in.

Our hollow angle offers a robust solution deriving from its strong cellular construction and design. Additionally the hollow chambers provide an insulating layer helping to protect the material you are cladding whilst also providing a first line of defence from the cold.

We manufacture our Premium deckboard range at our production facility in the West Midlands. Its market leading performance and great aesthetics are partially derived from its composite structure. The boards are manufactured from UPVC which are coated by a much higher performance polymer cap layer. These polymer elements are bonded at melting point producing a super strong polymer composite. The result, we can offer a product that provides many years of untroubled enjoyment in a range of earth tone colours includes two grey finishes ‘Painswick Grey’ and ‘Driftwood Grey’.

PAL Adhesives continuing to trade and support customer base

To support customers that are able to trade at this difficult time the PAL Group partially re-opened its manufacturing facility on the 20^th April 2020, over the coming weeks as more businesses require our services and restrictions are lifted we will extend production in line with demand. Due to Covid-19 related product production our adhesives tapes division has remained partially open and will remain reactive to customer demand.

PAL EXTRUSION OPERATIONS – COVID 19 ACTIONS

Please be advised that due to the unfolding situation PAL Extrusions will be standing down much of its normal operations at 3.30pm on Friday 27^th March 2020. We shall continue to monitor the situation in anticipation of resuming normal services as soon as is possible.

Our facilities are and will continue to be engaged in the manufacture of Covid-19 and other customer critical supplies, some manufacturing will therefore continue with the rest of our operation and staff remaining on standby. Demand will be assessed on a case by case bases so please do not hesitate in contacting us should you require our services.

Geoplas offer a range of hollow soffit board accessories. Geoplas offer a UPVC circular ventilator disk to provide ventilation along the run of hollow soffit board or underneath of holiday homes where solid style skirting is used. They are lightweight yet durable and maintenance free. We also offer a hollow soffit board vent trim to provide ventilation along the run of hollow soffit board. In addition to this we also manufacture a UPVC hollow soffit board vented starter trim which is a vented version of the starter trim for the hollow soffit board. They are U.V. resistant, maintenance free and will not rot.

Geoplas also manufacture a range of soffit trims. Geoplas starter trim and joint trim are available in colours to compliment Geoplas soffit profiles. We also offer internal and external corner trims in white and flat roof starter trims in white, black and brown. All of our soffit trims are manufactured from UPVC, are U.V. resistant and do not require maintenance.

By helping to prevent distortion and cracking their overlapping winged design, our composite deck board fixing clip extends the life and appearance of a deck by allowing boards to expand and contract. The clip is quick to fit and provides a strong and robust hidden fixing system. Our plastic composite edging trims are manufactured using a 60% timber and 40% polymer mix and are pre-sanded to give an instant natural look.

Our C channel edging trim completes the look of our 100% polymer deck board and is manufactured from the same advanced outdoor grade polymers. Our premium polymer starter strip profile provides a robust leading edge to decks and steps fitted with our premium deck board.
